STORE SAFETY GUIDELINES
We have been working hard to clean and sanitize the store and get ready for the “new normal” in our very intimate business! We are abiding by the guidance from the Provincial Health Officer and WorkSafe BC, and are implementing the following measures to ensure everyone’s safety:
| 1. PLEASE – DO NOT COME to the store if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, if you have travelled in the last two weeks, or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms in the last two weeks. We will be screening customers at the door and anyone showing symptoms of illness will be denied entry.
2. We will be monitoring our staff to ensure no one is at work who has the above symptoms. 3. ALL customers and staff are required to wear masks in the store. 4. The number of customers in the store at one time will be limited to 6. 5. Each customer will have their own fitter. 6. We currently have 6 fitting rooms, but we will only be using 3-4 at a time. 7. All fitting rooms will be wiped down with sanitizer after each appointment. 8. We will maintain social distancing of 6 feet/2 metres in the store. 9. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the store, and staff will be following strict handwashing and sanitization procedures |
| 10. In order to comply with the Provincial Health Officer, we will need every customer’s name, phone number and email address for COVID19 tracing purposes.
11. All merchandise will be sanitized after fittings. 12. We ask that you try to minimize the number of garments tried on while shopping. 13. All hard surfaces in the store will be continuously cleaned and sanitized. 14. There will be no public access to our washroom. 15. All returns will be quarantined for 24 hrs. 16. Social Distancing will be maintained at the cash desk and only two customers will be allowed at the cash desk at any time. 17. We will not be accepting any cash payments at this time. |
